Got that for my son because he can't swallow pills. He has been a vegetarian since he was born. We tried different brands and finally got one that he loves, especially with DHA. The best part is he loves it too much and takes it himself without reminding. Took a little time to tell him to only take 3 tablets a day. Will definitely reorder!
The flavor is a little strong. I have to make my kid swallow it with juice because he said it taste like fish.

I like this brand of omega vitamins. It’s hard to find chewable ones that taste good but I really like the taste. These are made in the USA. My little brother also likes these, so that’s a win!
# My Review This review is for the Ruwaa Nutrition Omega 3 Gummies for Kids. As someone who uses supplements & vitamins on a daily basis, I’m always curious to try new options not only for myself, but also for my family. My kids have taken different multi-vitamins from various brands with mixed results, so I was interested to see how my kids would feel about these! You should always consult your doctor before taking any new supplements & vitamins and should stop taking if you feel any adverse reaction after its use. Make sure to read the labels carefully and only take the recommended amounts suitable for your situation. So far, the kids like these Omega 3 gummies! The recommended serving size is 3 gummies daily, so this bottle will last you around 1 month. They are a good size; however, I’d suggest one at a time as they’re chewy and stick to your teeth leaving a weird film on it. We worked out that 1 with every meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) is a good way to take them throughout the day. The taste is citrusy and the kids like the taste which is a bonus. Also, there’s no aftertaste, or nasty burp-up after taken. Overall, I’m hopeful that these will provide the benefits as described and make my kids health and lifestyle better over time. It’s hard to tell after a few weeks, so I’ll update if there’s a significant difference after a month – watch this space! Everything about these gummies were nearly perfect... the flavor is very good, kinda smells like fish sitting in the bottle, but doesnt taste like fish or leave a fishy aftertaste. My ONLY complaint is that they stick to the teeth, a lot! kinda makes them leave gummy residue on my teeth that lingers for a while. Id say they are pretty good overall and a nice quality ingredients. Just wish it didnt stick to teeth
