Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant.

Quality you can actually feel
Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom.

Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it. The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice.
