Whether you have the MTHFR mutation (methylation/detoxing issues due to mutation of genes) or not, this product has the best forms of b12 and folate for you. What is great is they include two ingredients huge in detoxing and the liver as well that many companies do not include (inositol and choline) not to mention the critical B1 and B3 with other ingredients and the price is really hard to beat considering its only ONE PILL A DAY (some might need more) and its a 3 months supply which comes to around a bit over $6.00 a month. I need to try their other products and now, i don't work for them and not paid. Just very important to not only get your moneys worth but getting a "complete" and "clean" product. My mutation is the 1298c/1298c. I'm lucky for its last in the 4 mutations for mthfr and doesn't create homocysteine (plague) in the brain but the others DO and that , over time, can be deadly. I’ve tried a lot of other methylated b-complexes, but this one is the best I’ve found. Good dosages of all the b-vitamins & includes choline.

I have chronic migraines and fatigue and have tried many B Complex supplements. I feel that these are helping me to sleep better at night, i usually wake up about 3-4 times and since taking these....for a week now...i've noticed the past two nights i'm only waking up 2 times and i'm able to fall quickly back to sleep...so I'm hoping this continues and maybe i'll be sleeping through the night soon!

When I found out vitamin B’s are great for everything I decided to look for one here on Amazon and came across this brand which has all the vitamin Bs.
