For those of you that need a lot of room in your cases, this is the largest I have found so far for 3X/day cases.<br />I can fit all of my vitamins, adjuncts, and meds in the cases, although it's a tight fit. This includes (2) 600 mg Brewers yeast, (2) 1500 mg turmeric/curcumin, (1) 1000 mg MSM, (1) 1500 mg glucosamine/chondroitin, (1) multivitamin, (1) 600 mg alpha lipoic acid, (1) vitamin D, several medication capsules and a couple of tablets, all in one section. It's a tight fit, but they fit!<br />If I had any complaints about these, it would be that the hinges are reversed compared to most other pill cases. When laid out flat to fill with morning at the top and evening at the bottom, the cases open from the left. This is counter-intuitive to me.<br />My only "concern" is the "hinges" on the cases, but this is the same issue with almost all the hinged cases I have seen. I deducted 1-star for this, but it's a function of the design.<br />** If you know of any 3x/day cases that are larger, please mention them in the comments. I have been using this item for a couple of months now. I take A LOT of pills. This little organizer comes in really handy. I can take out just today's pills and throw them in my purse. My only issue (and it really is not a big one for me) is that the writing is already wearing off. Like I said. Not a HUGE issue for me, but if you are someone who needs to keep track of your days with different doses, this could become an issue for you.

This seems to be pretty well constructed. The plastic, including the hinges, feels more substantial than typical pill cases. The edges are smooth too, so it's comfortable to open them up. I like that it's this gray plastic rather than those really bright colored ones you usually see in the drug store.<br /><br />These are slightly less convenient to fill than the ones you'd buy in the drug store, but I think its worth it because you get more compartmentalization in return. Each day has its own case that you can pull out. I fill all of mine at the beginning of the week and store them in the case. Then each morning, I grab the day's container -- which is small enough to fit in any bag -- to take to work.

I kept having issues with random compartments accidentally coming open on my pill organizer, when I was opening the other compartments intentionally. So after seeing the design of this pill organizer I figured I would request it and give it a try.<br />Having separate individual pill containers for each day enclosed inside another bigger container completely resolved this issue!<br />However, it does take a considerable amount of extra time putting my meds together with this design. But I do believe this extra effort is worth not having my pills spill out all over the place.<br />This particular one I requested to review is also a bit on the small side for the amount of supplements and medication that I personally use. So I’m hoping I can find one made with the exact same design that is somewhat larger I can possibly purchase.<br />I do have one minor complaint though and that is the abbreviated names for the days; MON, TUE, WED, etc. seem to be printed either upside down or actually maybe they should just rather be on the other sides of them?. What I mean by this is when you pull an individual’s day container out of the main box morning meds should be on the left, then afternoon meds, followed by evening meds. The organizer was great - what was not great is that they sent a piece of velcro tape to keep the box from opening during travel... it is too short to go around the organizer.

I have 7 big capsules per dose, and most of other pill organizer couldn't hold it. And I finally found one which can hold 7+ pills 3 times every day. Each dose is swallowed in two times.. alot to take. Trust me, this one can hold soooo much!<br /><br />Nontheless to mention how good the container itself. Clips tight, so my pills won't go stray(well it happened so often in the past), but easy to open. Each day I take one slot and all othets in closet. Futhermore, I love black color - not childish rainbow or boring clear. Outer container is easy to open and quite compact for how much it can hold.<br /><br />It was hard to find 3 pill organizer(lots of 2 ot 4) per day. This one I will buy again.
