Easy to take. Doesn’t interact with my other supplements. I have a methylation problem which makes converting my prescription meds not that great, this helps that. I have been able to decrease my prescription meds since taking this supplement. Great stuff!
Ive heard many professionals say glutathione is not absorbed well in the stomach so taking it orally might be a waste of money. I can honestly say I do not find that to be the case with this product. I noticed more energy and alertness after a few weeks. When I ran out and was waiting for my next bottle I began to feel sluggish and need to rest more frequently as I manage autoimmune disease. This is definitely worth the money considering I’d pay $150 per IV injection. Give it a try but beware of the initial detox period where your body becomes accustomed to higher levels ( especially if you’re over 40). You might feel strange the first few days. After that, you’ll feel so much more energized!!
Was looking for a liver cleanse option and this checked all the boxes!
After reading about how important glutathione is for people who are getting older, I started supplementing my usual supplements with glutathione complex. I’ve made it without allergies or illness for a very long time so no sense in changing what’s working!
At my last check up, my liver enzymes came back slightly high. My doctor said it was due to taking too many supplements, since I don’t drink. So I cut back on my supplements and added Schwartz glutathione complex. After three months my liver enzymes stayed the same so I don’t know if this is actually working. I shall continue for another month and if it doesn’t change my liver enzymes then I will probably stop taking it. Because I don’t notice any other beneficial side effects. Also, I wish they would stop saying you get a free bottle and when you go on the website it says the promotion has ended. That’s annoying.
I like the fact that milk thistle and selenium are included in the capsule. That way I can take just one capsule instead of all 3 separate
