Maybe contains 8mg, here's why.
All astaxanthin products I've tried stain the heck out of everything. This one doesn't. Also if I take a high dose of 72mg-100mg multiple softgels usually my stool will be reddish. This doesn't happen when taking an even higher dose of 136mg of gummies just as an experiment. On the fence about ordering again just because I'm not sure how standardized the process with dosage.
