I ordered this product over other products due to the mg per serving, plus, I like the Sambucol gummies. The cover photos state the product has 130mg of elderberry extract per serving (1 tablet) however it only has 50mg per tablet.

I buy this product and use it all fall and winter... much better than a flu shot.... because I don't get the flu. The three times in my life that I have had a flu shot, I got the flu! This is so much better at preventing the flu!

I started getting sick yesterday. I have horrible respiratory problems. A head cold usually migrates into my lungs resulting in missed work and a trip to the E.R. I started taking this at the onset of a cold yesterday. I don't feel 100% today, but much, much better than I would have been if I had taken Nyquil. I am shocked that it's working. I haven't had much luck with homeopathic remedies in the past.

This product definitely boosts resistance to the common cold viruses that a public school plays host to. In years past I would be sick with one bug or another starting in October and continuing through May. This is my second fall/winter season taking Black Elderberry, and the difference is amazing. I take one tablet every day starting in September, and if I start to get that tell-tale feeling in the back of my sinuses or throat, I step it up to taking 2 a day. I haven't had a full blown cold / bronchitis / sinus infection since 2013. I get little hints of a cold - a sniffle or a sneeze - but it never develops into a full blown cold because I double up on the Sambucol as soon as I feel it coming on. I also double up when there're a lot of kids in my classroom who are sick, as a boost of protection. I highly recommend using this product if you work with kids, or if you're generally susceptible to winter viruses. If you're a parent with young kids, it's a great way to keep the family from spreading and re-spreading colds. It's a small price to pay to keep everyone from feeling miserable and sick.

I have a compromised immune system and wow has this helped me this year.. if I felt a scratchy throat or sniffle coming on.. took 2 of these and it went away.. I started taking it when I knew I was going into a high traffic area and I have been cold free all winter so far

Love this product. I have some pretty severe allergies and this product real helps keep my lungs clear. I can tell a difference in my breathing when I don't take it.
