They taste good and work. I wouldn't recommend taking them at night as every time I have I feel like ants are crawling on me. But there's definitely vitamins in them. Or amphetamine. Either way, mornings only.
While I can't guarantee these are keeping me healthier, I can say that I have not been sick at all since I began taking them. I work in a school with close to 700 people, so that's saying something! Along with my multivitamins, regular cleaning, hand-washing, etc. these have become a part of my routine to try and keep myself healthy.
These chewy gummies are the best flavor ever. Berry. I love them and ordered them for my picky family. They live them.
This is our third purchase. My husband and I take them and we feel better. They give me energy and keep me regular :-) They also taste good. I highly recommend.
