Update: Doesn't taste bad at all.

These actually taste decent. My kids like it. After my labs are done in a few months, I will do an update on how well the iron worked.
Update: these did not work for me. I used another liquid brand & it is working well.

Gummies are easy to eat.

As with all iron included vitamins, the flavor is not good. But these are tolerable, especially if you instantly follow them with other gummies - turmeric, ect.

Great Tasting Multivitamin Gummy

[[VIDEOID:1dbafae18318889b1ed290dd5ac9f515]] I love the taste of these gummies. They have a good fruity flavor and don’t have any chalky taste. The IRON Multivitamin includes Iron of course, as well as vitamins A,C,B3, B6, B12, Biotin, Vitamin B5, and Zinc.

Enhanced absorption with Vitamin C

This taste is definitely better than other iron gummies I've had. Kinda fruity! I noticed you didn't get that almost coppery taste which was a very nice change and it comes in a larger bottle of 100 gummies. I'll probably order these again, good value buy!

Added iron for plasma donor...

At a recent plasma donation, my iron barely made the grade necessary to donate. Thus, these iron supplements will make sure I'm able to give. I've used other gummy supplements, and while these are my favorite (a bit chalky on the outside and mushy in the middle), they are still flavorful enough and go down easy. They do what I need them to do.

Robust, but the ingredients . . .

You get a lot more from this supplement than just iron. Biotin, Zinc, Vitamins C, A, & several B's are included to provide a robust supplement. Both my wife and my son use this and they absolutely love the flavor. Matter of fact, my wife normally hates grape but likes this. That says a lot.

Here's my issue. This gummy, like so many others, are using cheap ingredients. Processed sugar and corn syrup do not belong in supplements that are supposed to help your health. There is absolutely nothing healthy about them. It's actually the complete opposite. Literally, if you can avoid those two ingredients entirely, you should. Nothing good comes of them. There are plenty of gummy supplements that use higher quality sugar (like raw cane sugar and organic tapioca syrup).
