Best collagen suppliment in taste and very cost effective. I love that this does not contain biotin (biotin flares up acne if you are prone to breakouts). The only drawback is that they can be clumped together (not melted just clumped), which is fine for me as the individuals were easy to seperate. 9/10 recommended✅

The ingredients are generally safe for me and my family, but I wish there was a version sweetened with erythritol or stevia instead of real sugar, since I do have some family members who are diabetic.<br /><br />We have peptides but some of us can taste it when it's not in savory soups or stews, and the taste is gross when put in coffee, tea, or any beverage, really. That's why I bought these gummies! However, the amount of collagen for two gummies is a bit too little for us. They're definitely delicious, but I wish there's more collagen per gummy to balance out how much sugar there is.<br /><br />Overall, I like these! It makes a nice little treat after cardio, but I just feel like I need to take a little more than two pieces; both for taste and dose of collagen.

I've been using collagen for about 4 to 5 months. I'm not sure if it really is doing anything, but I don't hate it. I really haven't noticed any change in my skin or hair or nails, but maybe that's the point. It hasn't gotten any worse and I am 50 years old but get mistaken for my late thirties early forties. So I guess that's good!

I've only been taking these (two a day) for 3 weeks and already my nails are stronger and no longer peeling. They are very tasty!
