I ordered the ESSENTIAL supplements for the septuagenarian in my life, because the daily regimen of pills was individually packaged and contained a variety of vitamins, minerals, fruits and vegetable in each packet. So far, the dietary supplements have not resulted in stomach upset and the only issue expressed, was the large size of the capsules, which took a bit of getting used to. I wouldn’t recommend for someone who has difficulty in swallowing tablets.

I'm a supplement experimenter. I have been for years. What usually happens is that I try something and notice nothing and I'll give it away or it will sit and get thrown away a couple years later.<br /><br />I'm impressed with this due to several factors, some for marketing, but overall, for the benefits:<br />1. Super smart packaging. I didn't expect the bottle to be clear and the vitamins inside are different colors. Someone put a lot of thought into the packaging. It's attractive all around. I know that's not a reason to buy a supplement, but you don't put the work in if you've got nothing worth having inside the package - that's supposed to be how marketing works (try the book Alchemy by Rory Sutherland).<br />2. The prepackaged pills. There are 7 pills in a pack. I usually take 4 then 3 or vice versa. I haven't had any stomach issues from these. Sometimes taking 7 pills will upset your stomach. I have burped a little fish oil, but it was not excessive or painful/bad/annoying. I didn't know fish oil was in it, though the clear pill was the giveaway.<br />3. This seems designed for you to ditch your other supplements. There really won't be a need for another multivitamin. There's so many things in this that you need a magnifying glass to read them all. I suggest, since for packaging they shouldn't increase the font, that they stick a little fold-up insert in the top with all the values. Not sure the cost increase there but I think it would be negligible.<br />4. I take pygeum for prostate with saw palmetto. I don't have prostate issues as of now but it's weird, even if my prostate was not inflamed or if I had no issues with urination, if I stop taking the pygeum, I'll start having issues. So, I hadn't taken it in a few days, and I took these instead. The next day, no issues. I was surprised how fast I was urinating with no effort/push. I have had prostatitis before, no fun, so anything to prevent that and whatever promotes health there as well.<br />5. This is a really good supplement overall in terms of ingredients, values, and content.<br />6. Cost is fair. $40 isn't cheap but, if you assembled all the ingredients here, you're probably in the same ballpark.<br /><br />Here's my suggestion for the seller's Amazon site. Take the packaging for this product (I've looked at all your other products) and redesign the logos and fonts based on this package. It's the best-looking product packaging of all the products for sale. Many of the fonts are too big on the other products. I know ideally, you don't put vitamins in clear containers, but this was a good choice here. Products that are in white packaging don't contrast well with a white screen. I would do something about this if it were me, not a background, but something. The biggest eyesore is the company logo on the top of the page. The background there, is not flattering to an otherwise, flattering package.<br /><br />Will I buy it again since I have a million other supplements? This one I give a real, maybe. That's actually saying a lot from me. I really do have a lot of supplements, but only some work and only some give you an actual difference in how you feel, and with this the effects were quick and noticeable. I will update later.
