Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize — exactly what I look for. Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it.

Mixed feelings, leaning positive
Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Not worth the premium — comparable products cost less per serving.
