Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it. Not worth the premium — comparable products cost less per serving.

Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space.

Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. Does not dissolve well — I end up chewing little lumps, which is unpleasant.

Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far. The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice. Clumps badly no matter how long I shake it; gritty residue settles at the bottom.

Good value compared to what I was paying before, and the quality is at least as good if not better.

Sits well with my stomach, which is rare for me with supplements. No bloating or aftertaste.
