First off, what I like: this stuff tastes great. A nice, cold mocha that's good for you too.<br /><br />What I don't like. First, a single serving is larger than I'd prefer. The instructions say to mix one scoop with 10-16 oz of water or milk. Compared to other brands I've used, that's a lot. My second complaint is, for me at least, it's hard to get it to completely mix. I've used shaker bottles and a bullet blender and there's always some mix at the bottom and a slightly gritty feel to the drink.<br /><br />But for the taste and quality of the mix, I can live with those two negatives.

Mixed with milk this has excellent flavor, very similar to a chocolate malt. Mixed with about 10 oz of whole milk it is melted milkshake consistency. It has a clean finish and no aftertaste. The ingredient list is short and clean. The cost is very reasonable per serving for the amount of protein it contains. This will be my go to recovery shake for my 8 month training cycle.
