This is a meal replacement mix that is all plant based. The best thing about this blend is that there is not a chalky, unpleasant flavor. It's slightly chocolately. It says it's coconut based, but I couldn't taste the coconut. That's not a bad thing.<br />However, I would caution, the powder is really, really fine. That makes it very easy to mix, unlike other brands, which is very welcome. But, if you spill any, hoo boy, it's difficult to clean up. So just be careful measuring it out and enjoy!

The flavor is OK, kind of overly sweet. I use regular milk with it and I could not get it to mix right, I used a shaker and had little ball clumps in it. I will use a blender for this. The carbs are pretty low which is good and is more natural than some but I sure wish it mixed easier.
