Great night’s sleep! They’re sugar-free, have a dark raisin/berry flavor and don’t give me nightmares. I like that they don’t have 5-HTP in them.

I don't religiously use sleep gummies, but sometimes my mind just won't shut up or I can't help but continue to chase the rabbit holes on the internet or stop spending time on my numerous hobbies etc. That's when I turn on some rain and storm streaming and pop a sleep gummy or two. If I know I don't have at least 6 hours to sleep or just need a nudge into the sleeping realm, I'll just take one since I have in the past had strange dreams after taking 2. I don't know if that's common or not, but a colleague of mine told me she's experienced the same.<br /><br />Anyway, I've use the ZzzQuil version and the Olly version of the sleep gummies before and these seem to have essentially the same effect and use basically the same ingredients. I generally expect the price of things on Amazon to be a hair less than what I would pay for them in my pharmacy knowing that the pharmacies often jack the prices up pretty significantly so they can occasionally offer BOGO or BOGO 50% off type deals. So the fact that this sleep gummy product is set to that higher in-store price point and has essentially the same effect means I probably won't be coming back to this brand in the future. They work and they're fine, they're just not exceptional enough to compel me to pay more than I would for other brands.

These are easy to chew but have a terrible taste. It says naturally flavored Blackberry Hibiscus. My kids and I won't use these just based on the awful taste. They don't smell very good either. They have a fermented smell and flavor. This is not very pleasing after brushing your teeth. Yuck.

These contain a VERY low melatonin dose. While I, as an adult, need significantly more to sleep, this dose is very helpful for my daughter who deals with a lot of anxiety and has trouble sleeping.

Price point is a little high on these gummies since the serving is 2 gummies, but they work really well. I have been using them only on nights when a deep uninterrupted sleep is needed after some inconsistent sleep, not nightly. As advertised, within 30 minutes I am relaxed and ready for sleep and sleep soundly through the night. The gummies themselves are dark and kind of sticky/stuck together in the jar upon receipt but easy enough to get out. The flavor and texture reminds me of prunes, which I like.

I usually judge my sleep by whether or not I remember it. I took two of these and next thing you know, it’s morning. Good if this is what you need. The taste is ok. It smells strongly of red wine.
