If you are looking for something that truly works, do NOT buy this item.<br /><br />It claims to have 22mg of melatonin yet it does not make you drowsy. The tablets have a slight taste of strawberry yet quickly tastes like rubber.<br /><br />After a few days of taking this product, I did not once feel sleepy. Luckily, Amazon provided me with a full refund.

These are full of fillers and don’t actually have 22mg of melatonin. They are a scam. These actually made it harder to sleep.

I’ve tried a bunch of different melatonin pills and gummies and this is the best yet. It says to dissolve them but I just swallow them as a pill tho they do taste good. I’ve just been taking 1 every night and have no need to take more like I do with most other kinds. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is hesitant on buying them. Best bang for your buck in my honest opinion!

First off, I bought it because the dose is so high. My doctor told me if melatonin isn’t working I’m not taking a high enough dose. After I pop 2 of these bad boys (along with sleepy tea) I’m out like a light. I’ve had insomnia since I was a teenager so that’s not the easiest thing to do.<br /><br />The taste is eh, takes a while to dissolve so it’s not like a delicious gummy but at the end of the day, I’d rather choose sleep over taste. And they’re too neutral in flavor to have a strong opinion about either way.

Though the flavor is not the best and sometimes the dryness of it leads to choking I have to say this 22mg tablet works amazingly. I had the best week of sleep. Try this if those lower dosages ain't cutting it anymore. Great that you can split these easily if there's no need for the full dose.

I think the extra boost of melatonin is the ticket to an uninterrupted night of sleep. These get my vote.
