I like this immunity blend because this makes it easier for me to take care of myself without having 5 different bottles of supplements, which is what I had been doing prior to getting these. I was taking vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc - this one is basically a one stop vitamin. I found these pills (3 a day) to be easy to take, and didn't have any issues swallowing it. There was no smell that would make me gag. I have used Solaray supplements numerous times before and trust this brand. I did notice the vitamin D amount is not the amount I usually take so I may have to supplement and take a little extra, however, everything else looks good. My husband and I share this bottle (180 count size), which makes it a 1 month supply for us. If you are taking this by yourself then it is about a 2 month supply. I am slightly disappointed that price wise, the 90 count and 180 count is the same price (per pill). I expected the 180 count to be a little cheaper but there is no difference. Hopefully that changes as I plan to repurchase these.

Nice ample sized bottle. Good brand that I have purchased from before.<br /><br />Interestingly enough, these have the exact same ingredients as another supplement I have by a different brand. This was actually positive because I like that supplement. It has all the goodness that one needs in today's climate. I appreciate the C, D, Zinc, and Selenium plus an extra herb formula.<br /><br />Overall, a brand that has been around for awhile with solid immune boosting ingredients. It puts a little pep in my step when I take it.

I like this product because it's an easy way to get a boost to your immune system.<br />Powered with vitamin C, even those who might not always eat right can steadily maintain good health.<br />Did not irritate my stomach when taken at mealtime.

I'm a teacher and haven't missed a day this year, and it's March!! I seat by these. I started taking them in the summer. I take 3 per day. I usually get sick a few times throughout the year.

These are super easy to take and don't make you feel queasy. I love the feeling of having extra protection to help fight away the germs. I suggest taking them in the morning with a bottle of water.
