Better than Other Brands
I have tried non-dissolving tablets and have been disappointed because they don't keep me asleep like these fast dissolving tablets by Spring Valley.

Pleasant and effective
These tablets don't have a powdery bitterness. They're vaguely reminiscent of pixie stix, but much more subtle. Acts quick like advertised.

I got these from Walmart. If you need to sleep to fix your sleep schedule, these are the pills to get. I wouldn't use them everyday, as your tolerance to it would grow, and it would mess up your natural melotonin production. I'd only use this as a sleeping aid if you really need to fix your sleep schedule such as needing to wake up 5am for a job or school. They will put you to sleep like a baby 1-2 hours after ingestion.
