Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried.

Wouldn't buy again
Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it. Flavor is bland at best, slightly chemical at worst.

Exactly what I was hoping for
Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use.

Better than the name brands
Resealable tub keeps everything fresh and the scoop sits right on top. My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this.
