Well my question keeps getting deleted so here it is. I am strict Keto, HCG and crossfit 5X a week. I immediately gained 10 pounds in less than 5 days after I started taking this. This supplement was the only thing I had introduced outside of my normal routine. When I asked on this page if others had experienced this, my question was removed multiple times which leads me to believe this was likely the culprit. Hopefully this review helps others who are completely perplexed as well.

I have been doing Keto for 13 months now and take several supplements to support proper health and decrease deficiency due to my diet. I ordered this supplement as I was struggling due to traveling to maintain the proper Electrlytes in my diet to avoid leg cramping and muscle fatigue. I take one in the morning and one in the evening and since taking the supplements leg cramping have stopped and daily life no longer fatigues my muscles. The lower review of this product is due to the fact that the gel capsules of this product constantly dissolve and forces me to take the supplement exposed rather than sealed. This product does not taste well and when the capsule opens prior to consumption causing indigestion for several hours.

I had a headache for 3 days, starting on day 1 of keto. These pills made me feel better within minutes. I've used them for a week now and every time I get restless legs, headache, brain fog, weakness, I take a pill and I'm instantly better. I have a coworker who ISN'T on keto but has been sick with Hashimotos issues all week. I gave her a pill to see if it helped her and it even helped her feel better. Highly recommended, and this is coming from someone who gets migraines/headaches often (prior to starting keto).

If you're like me, you tune your ketosis, going hard for a few weeks, letting off for a while. My main issue was cramping and I've been using Potassium and Magnesium to settle it down. This is what I was really looking for, all the electrolytes lost to ketosis in one handy pill.<br /><br />Also helped with my headaches and flu symptoms when phasing between light and heavy ketosis.

Since I started taking this product ive gotten rid of all tiredness and loss of energy. I love it and take it daily now!

I love this product! I only take 5 a day and my leg cramps are gone! I don't like that the bottle finishes rather quickly though. I won't buy it again only because it's a lot cheaper to get another electrolytes alternative that won't cost as much and would last longer.
