Vitamins D3 and K2 is a popular combination for healthy heart/artery functions. The content od this product is quite typical for such supplements: 125 mcg (5,000 IU) of vitamin D3 and 100 K2. It also has an insignificant amount of calcium (219 mg) and 5 mg of BioPerine for better absorption. The price is above average per serving. I really would like to see vendor to justify the higher price. Product seems fresh and legit though.
Aside from the good amount of Vit D3 (5,000IU), this combination<br />brings together additional structural and bone support.<br /><br />The 210 mg of calcium doesn't meet the RDA, but it's importance is more for<br />working with Vit D3 and K2 for better results.<br /><br />I always look for Black pepper included for better absorption.<br />Plus it's an additional antioxidant with the ability to improve digestion therefore<br />aiding in some stomach issues.<br />Serving - 1 daily = one month<br /><br />Only one concern - it seems a little pricey for whats here.
