I was looking for a non synthetic vitamin that had a broad spectrum of vitamins. This hit the mark with noticeable results with in 3 weeks.

Niacin flush is a common side effect of taking high doses of supplemental niacin, which can be prescribed to treat cholesterol problems. Although harmless, its symptoms — skin that's red, warm, and itchy — can be uncomfortable.<br /><br />I don’t mind these symptoms. Mine are mild, but what did alarm me is that these symptoms did not manifest until after taking this vitamin for a little over a month. Normally I get these symptoms immediately when starting a new vitamin that contains niacin so I thought I was having an allergic reaction (I wasn’t). Now I get these symptoms almost every time I take the vitamin, but they only last for around 10-15 minutes before subsiding.<br /><br />I want to make it clear that this is not a complaint. Like I said I don’t mind the symptoms. I just wanted to write this review so others will be in the know. I absolutely love this product. I’ve already ordered again and will continue to keep ordering.

Great multi with great ingredients I have used this for almost a year now.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
