I'm reading the label provided here on Amazon and it's saying, "The Highest Standard for supplements don't exist. So we created them."<br /><br />First thing on top of the nutrional label shows vitamin c as ascorbic acid. People if you don't know, this is not the whole vitamin C complex. This is fake and synthetic. This ain't no high standard. If it was there wouldn't be someone like me to put your supplements under criticism.

Helps me sleep.

This works really well for me. I am so allergic to many other things added to sleep aids (like melatonin) and this doesn’t have any of those. The ingredients in this product really help me get to sleep. I do wish it would last longer but it’s one of the best I’ve tried and I think I’ve tried them all.

It helps ME to sleep when I feel bad and calms my nerves down and feel great!!!! It took ME 4 hours to GO to sleep! But I was very relaxed from my really bad nerves!!!! HOW MUCH AM I SUPPOSED TO TAKE A DAY OR A TIME??!!

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.
