I have a bone density problem, and because of other medications that I am on my body does not absorb calcium the way it should. I have monthly Vitamin D level testing and need to take D3 supplements to keep my levels at a healthy level. Vitamin K2 has shown in studies to help prevent Osteoporosis, so this supplement should be great for me. I always take any supplements to my doctor and run them by him before taking them and he approved this blend. My levels have held steady and even increased over time so this brand seems to be working great for me. The effects of the K2 are not as easily measurable, but I do a bone density study every two years and will update this review based on those results. It is awesome to order a whole years supply at one time like this and when I averaged out the cost compared to the last D3 supplement I was taking it came in quite a bit cheaper using this product. My overall opinion of Nootropics Depot is positive and I plan on checking out other products that they offer.

Nootropics Depot is the real deal and I trust them 100%. So many people get so caught up in supplements and "life hacks" that they forget to hit some of the bases as far as it goes for supplements. Most people have a functional vitamin D deficiency even in areas that are pretty sunny. A lot of people assume that they're getting enough vitamin D from the sun and this is generally not the case, especially when accounting for applying sunscreen and so on. There are so many health conditions across the board that can be improved by intake of vitamin D, from depression, inflammation, osteoporosis, and more. Not to mention boosting immunity which is really needed in this day and age. In addition this supplement has K2, which is important to take along with vitamin D to help offset calcification and a double dose of vitamin C for extra immunity benefit. I have chronic health issues so I have my bases covered for this kind of stuff but I got these pills for my husband as he's not always great with taking supplements. If you're a person who can't be bothered to remember to take a bunch of vitamins every day or don't want to bother, this supplement is great for that. One pill, easy to take, with a year long supply, at 11 cents a pill, AND the rock solid quality of Nootropics Depot?? What's not to like? Actually, I do have one suggestion - I got these for my husband so it doesn't matter for him but I couldn't take these because they are not vegan. I wish that ND would choose vegan sources of D3 for their supplements. This D3 is from lanolin and not vegan. So just keep that in mind.
