I must have tried 8 other brands of iron before finding this one. Almost all of them caused some kind of gastrointestinal problem, everything from severe heartburn to severe constipation. Not fun. This one seems to work without the stomach/intestinal issues. I’ve had some real issues with anemia so my docs have recommended this dosage (65mg). This one seems to work to keep my hemoglobin at a better level. Will continue to order this as long as it seems to work without nasty side effects.

I’ve been taking this iron supplement for a few weeks as prescribed for anemia and have had repeat bloodwork to check to see if the iron has increased my hemoglobin. This supplement has done nothing so far to increase my hemoglobin or energy level and I’m concerned it’s a fake/placebo.

OMG this product is AMAZINGG. 65mg of iron and it actually does not give any constipation or bloating like prescription ferrous sulfate. if you are anemic or have iron deficiency and need a high dosage of iron definitely purchase this. I actually suffer from alopecia and this has been a game changer for me. My iron levels went 13 to 26 within a few months and I am hoping to get them even higher. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Bought these for my mom, who is severely anemic and was trying to take a 65mg pill that was making her so sick, but giving her the energy she's been missing for years. She had stopped taking those and it was hard watching her go back. I searched for an easy on the stomach option that would keep her at that dosage, and figured we'd give this one a try! It WORKS! The Vitamin C seems to be a super helpful addition, not sure what else they do to get the 65mg dosage easy on the stomach, but she's got her energy back, and no stomach issues! Gonna be on auto-replenish in our house!

This is a great and less expensive dupe For Vitron-C. I am anemic and have to take high doses of iron daily. After trying many brands, I chose Vitron-C, but, when I saw the ad for this, I compared ingredients and realized this is the same easily absorbable elemental iron that name brand uses with twice the amount of vitamin C (which my skin needs on my health and weight loss journey). Unless I suddenly have some adverse affect, I plan to repurchase. It's more cost effective for the same type and amount of iron my body needs.
