These are great! They look big but are truly easy to swallow. I've noticed a positive change in less than a month of taking these. I love that they have an immunity blend with olive leaf extract too!<br />We were taking Rainbow Light women's multi for a long time, but had the black spots issue too. Those were harder to swallow than these. We then tried the rainbow light organic multi and found out it was 4 capsules per day, which made them very very expensive and a hassle. I randomly searched Amazon for different brands of organic women's multis and found these and went for it.<br />Sounds odd, but I or my daughter don't have the hot yellow pee after taking these like we did with the rainbow light multis. To me, that is good because that hot yellow color means excess b vitamins. Looks like the dose on these is perfect for the body to use, OR the form is more bioavailable. Either way, a win!<br />There's a bunch of other great things about these too, like the energy blend and the women's wellness blend. It's all good stuff.<br />I just wish they made bigger bottles.

Capsules rather large but I was able to swallow with no problem with juice or almond milk. After reading the reviews I decided to try this product. Recovering from traumatic medical issues, my body, and skin needed nutrients my meal intake wasn’t providing. There are a host of vitamins and supplements in these vitamins- I was really surprised at the very generous percentages of several of the nutrients. After a few days, I noticed a higher energy level and a sense of well being. I take mine with a meal and so far have not noticed any GI upsets so far. My skin is plumping out- as a senior- this added to my appreciation of the product. Also, I had loss my hair because of the medical issues- I had been on a strict scalp hair treatment protocol and new growth was beginning-however, I noticed my hair was beginning to thicken and I have enough at present to comb and brush and wear my hair in a small ponytail. I am very pleased with this product that I will continue to purchase

I was looking around for some vitamins to take and decided to give these a try. I really like them and already ordered my second bottle. I love reading reviews of products and when I read the reviews on these my review is the following: they are fine to swallow, not too big at all just drink enough water, I don't experience any stomach aches, they don't have any weird smell, and I noticed I do feel better :)

I have been taking this for few months already. I think this is the best multi-vitamin for me. It gives me energy through out the day. I don't feel tire easily as I used to be. I think I will keep taking this multivitamin. I think it is not so costly. It doesn't make me constipated. So I think it has all it says in the bottle.

good overall multi vitamin.

They taste very bitter and when i bought them they came in a bag which resulted in basically a clump of vitamins i have to peel apart to eat and they've also now gotten hard. Overall, not impressed and would find a different brand. i mean they have all the stuff so i guess they function and if people really don't like the taste of normal gummy vitamins, maybe try these. i opened the bag and my husband from across the kitchen said "eww what is that smell"
