It is so nice to have a collagen that you can mix straight with water and tastes good without having to add anything else. The peach mango flavor is subtle and I love the MCT oil added in. I find it mixes best with room temp or warm water. Highly recommend!

Finally a product that just doesn't slap KETO on a label then hide behind FDA food labelling guidelines to feed you sugars and starches under different names. This is a keto friendly drink mix/powder with decent fat/protein/carb ratios that can aid you in getting into or staying in ketosis. Some thoughts.<br /><br />What is good about it:<br />- Naturally sweetened. This uses erythritol and stevia, which are both 'natural' inasmuch as you can find them occurring in bushes and weeds around the globe, not just in labs.<br /><br />- No hidden ingredients. Other than natural flavors, which can contain anything but should be wholly non-nutritive (according to FDA guidelines), the product spells out clearly what is what.<br /><br />- Mild, peach-mango cream flavor. The flavor is noticeable, but not Jolly R*ancher style POW! flavored. It is mild, pleasant, and best when blended with a bit of frozen berries, greek yogurt, or full fat milk. Water...ehhh<br /><br />- Fully accounted ingredients. 6 fat + 4 carb + 5 protein ~ 16 total grams per serving (allowing for some rounding)<br /><br />- Calories are accounted. 9cal/fat x 6g fat = 54 calories FAT. 2 net carbs x 4 cal/carb = 8 calories CARBS. 5 grams protein x 4cal/prot = 20 calories PROTEIN. 54 + 8 + 20 = 82 calories, and they report 80. Good good. The carbs a prolly a little lower as some are erythritol which only has 0.2 calories per gram.<br /><br />- Keto friendly. Roughly 67% fat calories, ~8% carb, 25% protein.<br /><br />What is a a little less good about it:<br />- Not particularly good with water. Flavor is a little too sweetened in just H2O.<br />- Price point. $1.25 serving isn't bad, but serving size is small.<br />- Stevia sweetened. If you don't like stevia, don't even bother. I can tolerate RebA in small amounts and the amount they use in this is WAAYYY above my tolerance threshold. The bitterness can be masked if you blend it with greek yogurt though, making a smoothie.<br /><br />Overall, I like the product, but I'm not in love with it. Here's how I use it.<br /><br />1 scoop peach mango powder<br />1 5.3oz container ultra-filtered greek yogurt, peach berry flavored<br />1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk<br />1/4 cup frozen berries, to match the yogurt.<br /><br />Blend it all together, serve immediately for a protein and fat packed mid-morning snack.

Much less than previous purchase. Chocolate is a good flavor and excellent value.

The product mixes well with coffee and protein drinks and is perfectly suited to a Keto regimen. Have made repeated purchases because we like it.

I add this to my morning shakes which contain ice, oatmilk, cream, probiotic (chocolate), pb powder, and other nutrients (vitamin D, C10, Zinc, ...), as well as some monk fruit for good measure. This gave it a nice peach flavor, strong but not overwhelming, good creamy peach with a soft mango backbone without adding any sweetness to it. Was concerned how it would effect my shakes but ended up a nice smooth combo.

After reading the reviews I put a half scoop of the chocolate into my hot coffee expecting to have to stir a couple minutes to get it to dissolve…as soon as it hit the hot water it dissolved immediately ! The container was 3/4 full (which is the norm) so that pleased me but I was sure this stuff at $14.99 would taste like crap. OMG !!! one of the best chocolate flavors I’ve ever tasted in these Collagen powders. Hey I’m sold …unless this MCT makes me jittery or nauseous, we’ll see .
