I think this cream is amazing because it actually does significantly fade bruising. I'm fair skinned, outdoorsy, and klutzy so I'm always getting my legs bruised. The bruises are not terrible but they are very visible. Using this cream, my current bruises have faded to nothing and/or almost nothing in 3 days. (I'm also 61 so my body does not heal nearly as quickly as when I was young.) The scent smells energizing to me which is probably the peppermint oil and tea tree oil listed in the ingredients. Other ingredients include hemp oil, olive oil, rosemary oil, shea butter, sunflower lecithin, bees wax, aloe vera gel, vitamin E, and natural vitamin D3. The creams comes in a 3 ounce plastic bottle that has a push type dispenser. What I love about the dispenser is I can get only a little if the bruise spot is small or a larger amount by from each pump. This cream is readily absorbed. I really think this is magic. My rating is 5 stars.

The idea of applying magnesium through the skin struck me as a little woo, but I was desperate as the nightly foot cramps were very painful and came several times a night. I started an oral supplement, but it was going to take a while. As the directions stated, I applied the cream to the soles of my feet and calves and got immediate relief. Once the oral supplements got my overall levels higher, I no longer needed the cream every day. I now apply the cream as needed when I can feel the cramps coming on and it typically stops them completely for the rest of the nigh.

I’ve been using this for a while now, and every time I forget to use it, I can tell a difference in my energy levels. The lotion goes on easily, has a pleasant kind of peppermint scent that fades very quickly, and is easily absorbed by my skin. I’m very happy with this product and how well it works. I also like that it includes vitamins that work well together to help with potency and absorption. I’ve had no issues with any kind of reaction or rash to the lotion which is wonderful because I have very sensitive skin.

A couple years ago my d3 tested low and it has taken a while but it is now within the normal range. I do not like pills so instead I use both drops and creams. Combining K2 with D3 is something that I look for and this one includes a couple other things including magnesium chloride.<br />The scent is a little unusual and okay but nothing I would use for the scent of it. It takes a bit to get it to absorb but it does dry and is not greasy. I applied it to my wrists and hands and a few minutes later I am typing this review without getting my laptop greasy. It does take a minute to absorb but it does absorb respectably.<br />The label has the word bruising misspelled "Bruisng".<br />The pump bottle is a little difficult to press and since it is angled it may be difficult for arthritic hands.

There is a strong minty smell with this white lotion. It comes out of the pump easily, goes on smoothly and absorbs into skin quickly. I have noticed it helping fade bruises a little faster, which is nice. This cream suggests rotating the places you use this cream. It’s great at helping with the dry patches I get on my elbows, leaves skin feeling super soft, and I’ve noticed those spots don’t get as dry as fast

AnuMed Vitamin D3+K2 cream Has with Magnesium, Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin E, Peppermint, Tea tree, Hemp, aloe & Zinc. It woks really well as a Cream for dry patches of skin but I don't want to use more than 1 pumps worth because Each pump full delivers 5,000 IU of D3 and i don't want to get too much.<br />The peppermint is the main scent i detect from this cream. I liked that it was safety sealed in plastic shrink wrap.
