One star just because it's tasty.<br />But:<br />1) They changed bottle design, and I got item with another label (I looked at their website, they haven't yellow-label bottles now)<br />2) It contain A LOT of vitamin D! Just look at old Product Details, it was 400IU and now it is 1000!<br />3) Warning at label says: &#34;This product contains a substance known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.&#34;<br /><br />Look at my pictures and think twice before buying.

I've used it for about 4 days now. I was shocked that the flavor wasn't disgusting. It's actually pretty good. What's crazy is my son was constipated, and since its magnesium citrate, I gave him a tablespoon. And he was finally able to go with no problems. It's also been making it easier for me (sorry if its TMI lol) to go , and I didnt have a problem to begin with. I originally bought this because I had an allergy and deficiency test done and had low magnesium. I had been feeling pale and fatigued. The color has come back to my face, and my energy levels have picked up slightly. I know I'm lacking other vitamins as well, so hoping my energy levels really pick up once I take those as well. I would recommend. Strawberry flavor is good, gonna try the grape or blueberry next.

great product if you don't like horse pills but still want milligrams of a horse pill...watch out ordering from vitaminlife, they did not wrap my bottles individually and some were busted in transit..they did not reply to my complaints!

There is an ever so slight chalky feel to this, but mixed with OJ, yogurt or milk in the morning there is NO problem at all. It is very subtly flavored and easier to take than the horse-sized pills. Also, liquid form is easier for the body to utilize.<br /><br />I've been taking this through my pregnancy to make sure there's enough calcium for the both of us, but will keep taking it and taking it- it's so easy!

I love this product, both the strawberry and the blueberry. The taste is great..it looks like it would be chalky, but it is very pleasant. You MUST shake it up before opening, and it needs to be refrigerated. I take 2 tbs at night. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT take any more than that or you'll be sitting on the "throne"! I've been taking it for almost 3 yrs.

I have a GERD problem and I am also sensitive to soy. I've wasted money on so many supplements only to find it made my heartburn worse. And this product did it to me too. I've found a soy-free calcium citrait gummie that seems to be doing the job.
