This is a good supplement for your hair. It has some great ingredients like Collagen, Palmetto, Keratin, Biotin, DHT Blocker and many more. The issue I had really is, you have to take 3 larger capsules twice a day really, that is a lot of capsules. I am shocked that you have to take this much in order to help your hair. This is a serious commitment really. and they claim it is "made to simplify" but this is not really that simple in my eyes. For me remembering taking my regular pills twice a day is a pain, but now adding another handful for supplements, just wow.<br /><br />It is a high quality product but it is also not the cheapest at $40 for a month and it is a lot of capsules to swallow. My stomach did however have no issues with them so that is good.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.

Good quality supplement. About three weeks in and noticing a difference, mostly in energy levels.

Solid formulation. A bit pricey but I think it's worth it for the label transparency.

Caused stomach upset almost every dose. May work fine for others but definitely not for me.
