My Dad used to buy Carnation Instant Breakfast Variety pack when I was a teenager and there was ONE Eggnog flavored packet in the box; we used to flip a coin to see who got it! I've been looking forever for a good protein drink that is eggnog flavor and now I have found it! This is unbelievably wonderful! I'll have to try some other flavors of Trutein also!

I make high protein French toast with this fairly often. Put this stuff in some cartoned egg whites and a spasm of skim milk and you get a really nice flavored French toast batter that's packed with protein.<br /><br />Even by itself, it tastes as close to egg nog, as you can get considering it's low fat and low sugar.<br /><br />And you can enjoy it all year round. I've tried a few of their flavors(eggnog, cinnamon bun, and chocolate peanut butter cup). I think eggnog is the best one.

It's delicious. I used it in a ninja creami so far to make ice cream. I'm used to whey. I was shocked to see that I was no longer hungry the rest of the day after it. It really is much more satiating! Great product. Trying shamrock shake next!

What I love about Trutein protein blend powder:<br />- The flavor and flavor variety<br />- The way it blends perfectly into yoghurt<br />- Not being too sweet (in my yogurt application, can't talk for shakes with milk or water)<br />- Helps me hit my protein goals without adding too many empty calories<br /><br />There is only on negative and that is the use of whey concentrate. I would love for them to just use isolate, but understand that that is probably a price decision.<br />Either way, not only the eggnog (which is really, really delicious!) but also all other flavors I have tried are all delicious. I have yet to try one that I don't like (strawberries and cream was really good, as was the mocha or the chocolate. The s'mores is a little weird in my application because it contains mini marshmallows, but it tastes good!).<br /><br />If you don't want to commit to a big jar, just go and get the single serve packages which ship for free from their website. I'm not a 'drink a shake (or two or three) a day' person. I use it for sweet cravings and snacks and thus and am not going through it like crazy, thus the single serve packs are a good way for me to have flavor variety. However, I loved the eggnog so much that I got the full jar. The creaminess in yogurt (half a scoop for 130g of plain Greek yogurt), add 1 or 2 tsp of monkfruit sweetener, some fiber one bran (or protein cereal, depending on your calorie/nutrition needs) and you have a great sweet treat/dessert!

It lives up to the hype, and tastes like eggnog. Add a little rum flavoring for extra nog-ness. Add banana, and it's banana custard. Add caramel flavoring, and it's crème brûlée or flan.

We love this protein powder! It's like eggnog year round! Dissolves well and not gritty.
