I appreciate that this probiotic has not only three strains of probiotic and 2 billion CFUs but also 1000mg of D3 and 40 mg of Vitamin C.<br />The company tests their strains to make sure they survive against biles and acids in the gastric tract.

This is the best product I have ever tried for immunity - I have more energy and no longer feel bloated. This probiotic with vitamin c, d3 and zinc is really a plus, because I have all the ingredients to support immune system all in one supplement. Would buy again and recommend to anyone.
Bought this and the Gut Comfort for only $20! Not for each, but both! That is unheard of now a days.<br /><br /> As you know, getting the cutting edge strains can be very expensive. Plantarum DR7 is one of those strains. I had high expectations but I wasn't expecting it to be so effective so quickly. Energy, mood, clarity are all things me and my mother noted on the first few days with this strain. I even split the dose in half, but double capsulated it. I put half the capsule in a tiny capsule and put it into a big one filled with inulin & sodium alginate to make it reach the small intestine efficiently. It worked awesome!<br /><br />Mind you we did also start TerraFlora which I am sure helped make room for this new strain. SBO's help fight off pathogenic bacteria, heal the gut, and are in my opinion a nessesary part of anyone's probiotic regimen. If you have side effects from a probiotic that most people love - you are probably suffering from SIBO, meaning any overgrowth of pathogenic bacteria like Candida or E. coli. You've got to clear the way for the good bacteria to work their magic. I also put one pill inside of another for the TerraFlora and used a half dose per day. SBO strains like mushrooms, barks, algae, or arabinogalactan instead of Inulin.<br /><br />Big thumbs up to Kaneka for making this product so affordable!
