Love these vitamins! My body was so depleted after delivery, and then nursing for 10 months, and these were the perfect answer! I can definitely feel a difference when I forget to take them. I have them set to ship every month so I don't run out.

I used Megafood while I was pregnant and used these while breast feeding. My milk supply is great my daughter is very healthy as well. I will likely continue using Megafood products.

I’m postpartum, and exclusively breastfeeding. I don’t notice a change in my supply with this product, nor does it make me feel AMAZING- but it doesn’t hurt me, and it gives me my vitamins that I need. :-)

Good ingredients. The lactation ingredients is Moringa which you could single supplement for cheaper cost. Cannot attest to increase milk production as to only been using for max of one week.

I used the baby and me prenatal vitamins throughout my pregnancy, switched to the postnatal about 2 weeks postpartum. I saw a nice jump in my supply. These are easy on the stomach as well
