It is always difficult to know if vitamins make a difference in day to day health, but taking these has not caused any side effects. There is no taste, so that is also not an issue. I take them putting faith that vitamins like this do make a difference, and thus I do. I have no way to prove improved health, but given that I assume they do and have no negative consequences, I give these a 5 star.

This is a quality men's multivitamin, a good size pill that's not hard to swallow, and has good ingredients that you'd expect from a multivitamin. My husband did not notice any extreme energy boost while he was taking these but overall it's still great for health. Would recommend.

These are nice multivitamins because they have additional male support and immune support. I never like vitamins that require 2-a-day as these do, but I have been taking it once a day so it lasts for 2 months. They are easy to swallow though there is an odd aftertaste which I don’t mind. I am doing keto so trying to avoid gummy vitamins.

But this is a wide encompassing supplement. Plus, like most guys, I try not to supplement too much iron so this is a good supplement to have.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
