My urologist instructed me to take only multi-vitamins that used Calcium Citrate and NOT Calcium Carbonate because of a history of kidney stones. Pure brand was one of very few that I could find that used Citrate as the Calcium ingredient.

Noticeable energy difference when taking these vitamins. Appreciate that they use the methylated forms of B vitamins. People complaining about price may not be aware of WHY other brands are less expensive. You get what you pay for with these. Not worth buying fillers and synthetic to save a few dollars. Highly recommend.

I’m not over 40, I’m late 30’s but I eat an extremely strict diet since I’m allergic to many major food groups. Corn being one of them. I mention this because gelatin is derived from corn, and ironically I do not get an allergic reaction to these capsules. I get allergic reactions to other capsules, but not these. So that is quite interesting. I would based on that say they are telling the truth about their ingredients not being GMO.<br /><br />Overall, I’ve taken them about 5-weeks and felt a lot better, I work out everyday and have noticed a difference in how I feel and operate. I am getting ready to buy another bottle; plus the quantity of the bottles is nice, and you get a slight discount if you buy the 360 quantity.<br /><br />I say for mid, late 30’s and forward this is the vitamin for you.<br /><br />Little extra info; my mom turned me on to these because she uses the womens version. Her NMD she’s used for 17 years recommended them and it’s helped her tremendously, she recommended the brand, as I wanted a real company that puts into their products what they claim. To me, this is the only legit vitamin company on this entire app, and likely a one in a million type establishment. All non-gmo sources and a gelatin capsule that does not provoke my corn allergy; win! I get corn allergies from minuscule amounts of corn, I can smell it and get a reaction - that says a lot. These are worth the cost!

I love this brand and ordered it through amazon for the second time. The first time it arrived as expected. But this time around i got a fake. The cap was not securely placed and the protective seal was damaged. The worst was the foul smell from the tube. I had to return it back.

My husband had taken these for quite awhile now, and really likes them. Ran out and instead of purchasing at the doctor’s like normal, I decided to order from Amazon. He received them yesterday, 11/2/22, and they have an expiration date of 04/2021!!! Absolutely unacceptable.

They are fine and the ingrediants are good, but taking three of these a day is a bummer -- how to get the same quality into a single pill . . .
