This vendor packed the probiotic with cold packs and it arrived on time. The price was the best I found. I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and am Lactose Intolerant, and this product works wonders for me. It keeps me healthy, aids digestion, and eliminates gas and bloating. I am also prone to yeast infections as my body doesn't produce enough enzymes and this product helps me ward off the yeast infections and other symptoms I get from having Candida Syndrome like fatigue. This product is great because it has Lactobacillus acidophilus (two strains) 6 billion CFU, Bifidobacterium bifidum 1 billion CFU, Bifidobacterium lactis 1 billion CFU, Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) 200 mg May contain up to 12 billion CFU. It also contains no added wheat, starch, yeast, gluten, corn, soy, sucrose, artificial coloring or flavoring, preservatives, dairy or animal products. It contains no artificial colors and is Corn Free, No Artificial Flavors, Organic Product, Preservatives Free, Salt/Sodium Free, Veggie Product and Wheat Free.

In Q&A section, it was stated the item would ship with one ice pack, but it was shipped with NONE. I'm returning it for a refund and will purchase from a different site that guarantees shipment with ice.

This is a great probiotic, and I recommend it, but not from here. Mine arrived without any way to keep it cold. This probiotic must be refrigerated, and who knows what happens to it when it's shipped for a few days at normal temps. I'll go back to buying it from my doctor.<br /><br />Edited to change from 2 stars to 4 stars: my doctor tells me this particular probiotic can, in fact, be shipped without a cold pack. They store it refrigerated, it needs to be refrigerated when you get it, but for whatever reason it can be shipped at room temperature. Because of this new info, I'm changing my original rating on the product. And I would purchase through amazon again.

HMF-Forte 120 was recommended to me by my daughter, and I was desperate for some help. This proved to be a miracle drug for me within just a few days. I can't sing its praises enough. I just wonder why the doctor didn't prescribe this for me a long time ago. If you suffer from Irritable Bowel Syndrome, I recommend trying it.

I bought this product from another distributor last month, and unfortunately, I did not realize that the supplement facts were of a lesser quantity though the label on the front was identical. This version has 2 capsules as a serving size with a 5 billion CFU, and the previous distributor's Supplement Facts had 1 capsule as a serving size with a 10 billion CFU. Very disappointing that I will need to quadruple my pill intake to get the same amount of probiotics.

There was some concern that these probiotics did not come with a cool pack. I thought all probiotics had to be kept cool. so I went to the manufacturers website and pasted the following statement.<br />I am now confident it taking these. but you do need to keep them in the fridge when you get them, and if you are taking antibiotics now, wait for three hours before taking the probiotic so that the anitbiotic does not kill the it. Also, after your antibiotics are over you may want to continue taking these for 3-6 months. In addition you may want to order Liv-gen, to cleanse your liver since antibiotics hit your liver very hard. Liv-gen 10 drops in mouth morning and 10 in eve 20 mins away from food. Take until bottle is empty.<br /><br />"Probiotic supplements, such as HMF Forte, last for up to six months without refrigeration and are travel-safe. However, if you want to keep them fresh for longer periods of time, keeping them in the refrigerator or freezer is advised.
