A lot of multivitamins give you just a little bit of everything but not enough of it. It's aways better to just eat a clean balanced diet of course but this stuff I feel really fills in those nutritional gaps you don't always make for dinner. It's packed to bursting with multiple different stacks AND also includes a mushroom blend which makes this the icing on the cake<br /><br />Idk if it 100% works of course but on the days I do actually get a good night's sleep and I do feel sliiiiiiightly more alert and able to focus more when taking these<br /><br />I just wish the vitamin C came from a natural source

The capsules are amazingly easy to swallow given their size and don’t have the medicine-y/supplement-y feeling and taste that supplements sometimes have. I’ve taken these vitamins for several weeks and while I can’t say with certainty that the supplements do what they claim, they do seem to work as daily multivitamins.<br /><br />One thing to keep in mind is that this multivitamin has a number of supplements in it, including some which might be contraindicated if you’re taking other supplements or prescription medication. It’s always a good idea to talk to your doctor or prescribing authority about taking this vitamin.

I discovered this product while looking for a vitamin that was easy on my stomach. I have been using this brand about six months and it has yet to make me sick. I also use their greens product and I am amazed at how much better I feel. I highly recommend this brand.

The ingredients list says it all. This is a great multivitamin with great health benefits IF you can get past the taste. The capsules are much bigger than normal vitamins and they taste bad (but doesn’t everything that’s good for us). Overall I would recommend these!

These capsules are big and difficult for me to swallow. I don't think it's the size alone but the taste also bothers me so that doesn't help. Although I'm happy with the ingredients I've gotten some burps from them. I haven't noticed a difference in how I feel yet.<br /><br />Mostly it's personal preference about taste and we're all different.<br /><br />I hope this review helps!

This is a good multi-vitamin. I like that it is 100% daily value and not in excess like a lot of others. This means no florescent pee. I have been feeling better and quicker at recovering from workouts since using.
