Sorry packaging alone for them marked down, yea vitamins inside are good, but when I opened the box I smelled the garlic because the lid was as I posted in pic, and able to be taken off without pulling it any to get it off, and the garlic smell was coming through because there was no safety seal other than that on bottle, so if that's concerning to you, good is why I marked 3 * so people will be aware of such. Besides that for people who believe in vitamins as holy saviour to our body the ingredients in these capsules are what they are to promote good cardiovascular support, don't stack with other meds or vitamins with similar ingredients and consult your doctor first because each person is different from the next. The taste is weird slight garlic and vitamin flavored if leave in mouth to long if you just boom boom down throat with liquid probably wouldn't taste much, I however left in mouth to long. I got this to improve overall health. I have been taking them for several weeks and although I do not feel any different feel like I am doing good for my cardiovascular system. They have some Ashwaganda inside so I stopped taking my normal Ashwaganda dose and after a week noticed a drop in my mood. I had to go back to my regular Ashwaganda. No side effects like upset stomach. Since I have no measure of the effectiveness I cannot guarantee it does anything but atleast it would hurt to add in some extra vitamins.

I haven't noticed much of a difference after taking these. The smell to them is very garlicy which isn't terrible since I like garlic but it is kind of off putting early in the morning. The pills are average size so they are easy to take and don't cause me any stomach upset but I haven't noticed the energy difference others talk about

This is where I am at in life.<br /><br />Enter Supplemnts.<br /><br />While I agree, that supplements are just that, supplements. Its not an ideal replacement for the real deal and excercise. Cardivascular health is one of the things that as you age, will start to change. Your resting heartrate isn't as low as it use to be. You don't sleep at hard as you use to. You don't excercise as much as you use to cause, well life gets in the way. So you need help.<br /><br />I started taking these a about 2 weeks ago. First I started with one pill a day, working my way up seeing that I already take a multivitamin. That really didn't do much for me. Then I started taking two pills, once in morning and once in the early afternoon. At which point I did start to notice the additoinal energy. Wouldn't fatique as fast while working, and can stay up later to get other things done around the house.<br /><br />So with that I say that it MAY help.<br /><br />One thing that I was a little weirded out was that even though it came in unsealed box, and the bottle itself didn't have that plastic, no tamper, seal. The lid did have a ring-lock but it was so-so. No AMA label, endorsement or patent or any other kind of indicator to build confidence that the ingredients are what they are and in the doses it advertises. I have never seen this combination of ingredients previously. Looks pretty simple, Ashwagandha, garlic, vitamin C, and thiamine. However when I look for quality indicators such as no GMO, made in USA, ect. I see none. Also there is no expiration date. So while the ingredients look OK, because I see nothing to indicate quality, inspection of ingredients, or research of this supplement, or expiration date I find that I cannot recommend this supplement. The manufacturer needs to make this information available on the product and the Amazon site so that consumers like myself can make educatated judgments regarding a product such as this one. So for now I cannot recommend this.

This is a great way to protect your heart, it even has garlic and Vitamin C! Easy to take capsules. Use consistently for best results.
