I can tell the difference when taking these, whereas with other multi-vitamins I usually don't. I feel a little more alert and energetic when I am taking these. I also seem to get sick less often. It is subjective, but they seem to be the real deal.

I was recently recommended this by a friend and total 180 on my energy etc... great product and great price and even arrived a day earlier then quoted. I will never take anything else for daily vitamins, this is hands down the real deal.<br /><br />I have so much more energy and can think clearly. I recently in the last month went to the local market to buy generic vitamins that did 0 for me. Now taking this, I understand the benefits from well made vitamins!

Since these are made from food and not chemicals, it doesn't irritate my stomach like some vitamins do. Highly recommend!

I had a vitamin D test four months after taking this product as the label instructs, and my test result came in shy of the minimum amount needed. This is either due to a lesser quantity of this particular vitamin in the tablet or the bioavailability of its ingredients.

Over 60 with slow metabolism I thought this might help but actually felt more sluggish. The ingredients list looks good and it may just be me so still try it out for yourself. From what I've read plant based is the way to go but more expensive and harder to find. Good luck and good health.

Brown rice and brown rice protein are added to this product, which is why I feel the product makes feel slightly bloated. Brown rice is high in phytates, which make minerals more difficult to absorb. Illogical.
