I had very high hopes for this vitamin. At first, I felt great taking these. However, after a few weeks, I started having involuntary shaking in my muscles. Upon stopping the vitamin, the problem went away. This vitamin has too much vitamin B6 which I believe my body could not handle. Too much of anything is not good. I would suggest they lower the level of B6 and the vitamin would be 5 star.

My iron levels were always low and I had difficulty donating blood, after a month of these, I had no problem exceeding the iron level needed to donate blood, and I live in a higher elevation to boot!

This product is easy to swallow, does not upset my stomach and does not smell or taste badly. I have been on this vitamin for only a month but have been progressively feeling better since the first week! I have more energy and a more positive attitude!

Actually has folate from food and not from chemical sources (folic acid) which the body can't process. Wonderful vitamin!

I’ve had these vitamins before and like them. They’re soy free and gentle on the stomach. However, the amount of Vitamin A, C, D3, Folate and a few others advertised on the product photo are less than stated on the bottle. The amount of Folate is exactly half!

I've only been taking these for 3 days. I'm not sure on the effectiveness yet, but I have not had any ill effects. I also want to say, the size of these pills are awesome! No bigger than an average acetaminophen pill. That's important to me because I have a hard time swallowing pills, which keeps me from taking most multivitamins. No aftertastes at all, no issues at all.
