This stuff is perfect. I can not take high-dose melatonin, not even like 1g. It makes me super super weepy the whole next day, depressed, and groggy. I used to avoid melatonin like the plague. However, I take two of these per night along with my two Simply Sleep, and it gives me zero negative effects the next day but is highly effective for my lifelong insomnia. You’re actually not supposed to take high doses like 5 to 10mg; I read about it online and it’s a hormone that should not be overloaded into the system like that. Supposedly it’s also more effective to take smaller doses long term, and doesn’t suppress your own natural melatonin production as much. I’ve been taking this for a few months every night now and will likely continue to do so for a very long time. (:

This melatonin is absolutely amazing! For a long time now I had searched for a 100mcg ( 0.1mg) melatonin supplement to no avail. But then I came across this! It's PERFECT! It doesn't make me feel weird, dizzy or anxious when I take it ( like many other brands at higher dosages ), it doesn't cause me to have bizarre dreams, and there is no hangover or excessive drowsiness after waking up. It simply puts you into a natural feeling drowsiness that helps you fall asleep and calibrate your circadian rhythm. Even if you were to not find 1 pill to be enough, the nice thing about these is it's perfect for gradually upping your dose to find what dosage works for you, as you can do it in 0.1mg increments. I seem to only need 1 pill though and it works perfectly with no unwanted effects. I don't understand why there are some people saying the capsules are "large". They're really not. They look the same size as many typical medication capsules. Nothing out of the ordinary. I highly recommend this melatonin supplement, and I will continue to purchase this as needed.

I have been using .3 mg (300 mcg) melatonin for several months and while it does help me get to sleep, it's extraordinarily difficult for me to get up in the morning because I'm so tired and the excessive fatigue extends throughout the next day. At .3 mg, this dose is already low, but I read about a study in a medical journal that showed that the dosages on different melatonin products are very unreliable (i.e., for example, they say it's 10 mg, when in reality it is higher or lower than that dose).<br /><br />This made me think that, perhaps, I'm getting more melatonin than I thought I was and that's why I was so tired the next day. With this in mind, I figured I'd try this .1 mg (100 mcg) dose. The first few nights, I had an incredibly difficult time getting to sleep. I was tossing and turning the whole night. In fact, instead of getting sleepy, I actually felt like I had taken a caffeine tablet. It was very strange. I then tried taking two capsules, thinking that maybe I needed more than .1 mg. That didn't help either. I again felt energized instead of sleepy.<br /><br />So, suffice to say that it didn't work for me at all.

I love this product. I have been suffering with insomnia for about a year now. I have been following lifted for about a year now and decided to try this new product. Best decision ever. I take one pill about an hour before I want to sleep. I sleep deeply and awaken naturally. It is really helping me. I love the product is pure. I highly recommend and will be taking indefinitely. I also use mood boosting blend. Looking forward to trying additional products as well. If you need sleep due to insomnia I highly recomnend micro melatonin.

I suffer from insomnia--finally getting to sleep and then waking up at various hours of the night and not being able to get back to sleep. Every single time I take one of these capsules I fall asleep and do not wake up until the next morning. Additionally, I don't wake up foggy or groggy which always happens with any other sleep "aid." Very grateful for the micro-dose. It's working for me. Plus, this company is great: quick shipping that arrives earlier than expected and quick responses for questions...and even follow-up to make sure things are good. Highly recommend!

I am accustomed to taking .10 mg (100mcg) melatonin (stated dosage for this product). Usually it is more than enough to make me sleepy, but THIS product actually has the reverse effect like an energy pill, increasing the heart rate opposite of good. I see other reviews with similar complaint. I have tried it twice several days apart with the same effect. Label states "Made in America with GLOBAL ingredients." I'm suspicious that the ingredients, rice powder, was not vetted for corn derivatives. The label states corn free and I am corn allergic so I purchased it. My reaction to one capsule would indicate there are corn derivatives lurking in there. Total waste of money and makes me wonder what is in these capsules!
