Wonderful boost of energy for people who are sluggish

I love these vitamins! I take the b12 in conjunction with HUM’s daily cleanse vitamins and I feel so much more energy and focus throughout the day.

Your Typical B12 Vitamin

I bought this product not because I was having high hopes of it giving me a "Turbo" boost of energy but because it is a lot cleaner than other vitamins out there. I do appreciate the fact that I don't have to worry about unnecessary fillers going into my body. But if you purchase this thinking that your energy will skyrocket guess again. It is a nice balanced energy. Normally I will hit a wall around 2:00 pm to where I cannot keep my eyes open. But this has been helping not to fall asleep at work ;) Thanks Hum vitamins for helping me keep my job!

Can't absorb B-12 through a pill

No one can absorb enough B-12 through a pill. It has to be an injection or sublingual. Fact.
