These supplement capsules are rather large, but they are smooth enough so that I do not have difficulty with swallowing them. I make sure to take this with plenty of water to ensure that it goes down without getting stuck in my throat. The capsules have a slight matcha green tea taste that is not bitter. These contain many healthy and high quality ingredients that I would be hard pressed to consume in sufficient quantities from my regular diet. Since I started taking these, I have noticed an improvement in my energy level.

A goodly amount of Vitamin C and Zinc, as well as a comprehensive "immunity and defense complex" and "environmental and anti pollution complex". I had read through the list of ingredients and it sounded right up my ally for something to try. The serving is 2 capsules. They are easy to swallow and seem totally gentle on my stomach. I can take them anytime and I dont feel weird or anything. I try to take them early in the day. I have been taking them daily without issue, and I hope it helps to ward off sickness. While I haven't been around people I am still concerned with all that is going on as well as the typical cold season. I would consider this for repurchase if I find I continue to do well on it. I dont think I need it every day all year, but maybe during extra germy season. Btw, it contains maca which is fine for my hypothyroidism, but you will have to decide for yourself in case you happen to have hyperthyroidism as maca contains naturally occurring iodine. Not sure how much is in here and it if is enough to make an impact.<br /><br />I like the overall ingredients, and am familiar with them and have taken them in some form or another. I think the main benefit is the vitamin c and zinc, and all the other as part of a support system. I think it is well done supplement. Okay tablets. I didn’t see crazy benefits and actually had to stop taking because it was making me nauseous in the mornings (maybe I wasn’t eating enough with it).

Sincerely I felt no difference on my mood/energy levels/immune system whatsoever.<br />Also no side effects. So I don’t think it’s an efficient product.

Easy to swallow- no funny taste or after taste. Felt great while taking them. Be sure to read ingredient list b/c there are a lot of items. I thought it was fun, this has all these things I'd heard good things about and wanted to try and now I could in a pill!
