Great value pea protein.......

A great price for a large amount of pea protein powder. I don't understand other reviewers leaving negative comments on flavor. They obviously have no experience with pea protein and shouldn't be negative towards a particular brand. It tastes like pea protein powder. I've used 6 different brands over the last couple of years and they all pretty much taste the same. It is what it is. Pea protein is relatively neutral in taste but I wouldn't recommend drinking it on it's own. It's not a wonderful flavor on it's own. Understand this stuff is unflavored and no sugar added. I use 54 grams of pea protein and add some stevia/cocoa powder/ 1 serving peanut protein powder or hemp protein powder/ 1 cup no sugar almond milk/water and it makes a great shake with 56-60 grams of protein/330 calories.

Good stuff, not for Karens

It's no secret that Amazon merchants offer rewards for reviews, well... this one is on me, as a courtesy to my fellow vegans and vegetarians, here goes an honest and upaid review. Don't expect sweet flavor, but it's not horrible either. Mixes well, I advise vanilla almond milk. Over really good, and it's helping me with my gains.

Not so good taste but Health comes first. Good value.

Come on ppl, what did you'll expect? For it to taste like chocolate milk? Stop bad reviewing because of taste because it's obvious it would not taste good. It's Unflavored. Add your ingredients for taste. It's a great product and great value. Health comes 1st. Stop BHin

Good quality but high glycemic

Pros:
amount of protein per scoop, blends well with water,

Cons:
needs variety of flavor
One is complaining about the taste which I agree if you take it with just water.
Updated 6/6/21
Very high glycemic due to its BCAA ingredients. Not very good for keto diet. Downgraded it to 3 stars

Great value if you’re looking to make gains without dairy

I can’t do whey proteins so this is a great option. I’ve tried other vegan protein. Super expensive ones as well as naked pea. This one is the best. It’s versatile being unflavored. I mix it with soy milk for added protein and add in some sugar free creamer to flavor it. This is the best bang for your buck in my opinion. Sure the flavor isn’t the best. But there’s only one ingredient and you get 7 pounds of it. Also 29 grams of protein per serving. That’s hard to find with a vegan protein. Macros are great. Only thing I don’t quite like is the sodium content. It’s not astronomical but would be a bonus if it was less. The scoop is conveniently on the top but the tub is filled to the brim. Lol. All in all a great value. Will be buying this again for sure!

Everything I could want in a protein isolate

I mainly use this in my oatmeal or cereal as a thickener and to boost up my protein intake. As an unflavored pea protein isolate, it has a earthy quality I have grown to love in my breakfast food. This product matches or exceeds the bulk unbranded pea protein isolate I get at Sprouts Farmers Market in flavor and cost. I will buy again.
