Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Didn't notice any of the benefits the label promises, even after a full bottle.

Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. No proprietary-blend nonsense, just clearly dosed ingredients. The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice.

Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands. The flavor is genuinely good — not chalky or overly sweet like a lot of others I've tried. Scoop was buried at the very bottom — minor, but annoying out of the gate.
