Helps with sleep but I need other aids.Worth a try if you need help with falling asleep. Does not keep me asleep. (effect wears off after 4 or 5 hours)

Works wonders!
These are really great. I have read that 3mg is the most effective dosage for melatonin , more effective than larger doses even and so I decided to give this a try. It has been a miracle. Within about 20-30 mins of taking this I feel a wave of sleepiness that really helps me get to sleep. It’s not going to knock you out- but it definitely helps! This brand is good as well and I really would recommend this product.
