We take this daily and this seems to be a solid product. No reaction is a good reaction.

We have been taking this everyday since mid 2020. We believe it has helped us stay well.

This is a good product and the dosage is exactly what I needed. However, the flavor is like taking a mouthful of rice flour. There really isn't a need for the rice starch in it. A lot of other companies make their supplements without it. I needed the higher dose without having to take multiple pills and this was one of the only companies making a one dose in one pill. Despite the terrible rice starch flavor this product works. I haven't had a sniffle in ages.

This is my 'go to' when I get a cough, tickle in my throat, or the onset of a cold. One tablet usually does the trick. Just depends on how sick you are but it will either stop the sinus/coughing or severely stunt it's time. It's a stapl

It's not expired but they have a bad smell and when I take it the taste is bad too, this is the first time I've tried this brand zinc, I really don't like it, I may have to return it.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
