Both my son and I take these Zinc gummies and they taste great, but we have to make sure we have enough food in our stomach first. I nearly vomited while driving after having taken the zinc with minimal breakfast. My son did the same and he did vomit.<br /><br />Otherwise, we've been very happy with these. They were an essential part of our recovering from Omicron.

I give these to my children with their daily multivitamin. The gummies are soft and are very tasty. My children ask for them when I forget because they love them.

There are many variants of zinc, and this product contains ZINC CITRATE. Look it up if you like, it's interesting. Different formulations affect the body different, and this variety is apparently well-tolerated by the body.<br /><br />Always be cautious about non-FDA approved supplements, and I would recommend that any of them that you have your kids ingest should be approved by their doctor/pediatrician. ESPECIALLY when it's a product like this, which is generally given periodically or daily if a person starts getting a cold... This product says it is recommended by a "renowned family doctor". Just for fun, since the doctor is renowned, I thought I'd look her up, but found no info on her. Interesting! Also, their website is non-functional ("Coming soon").<br /><br />What I did find, however, that a recommended dose of zinc is for an adult male is 11-12mg, and for a woman 7-8mg This product is 25mg and marketed for kids.<br /><br />If you want to give this non-FDA approved product, recommended by an impossible-to-find doctor and made by a company without a website, at a dose far higher than doctors recommend, to your child age 3-and-up, daily, then this is a perfectly fine product to get.<br /><br />I'm naturally suspicious especially when it comes to health, and even more especially when it comes to my kids, so it's questionable whether I will end up giving this to them. If a virus is active in our home or immediate neighborhood, I'd probably give them some vitamin c and perhaps 1/4th of one of these gummies. They are tasty, at least.

We don't give these to the child on a regular basis, as we don't have their blood levels monitored. Overdose of zinc is real and can cause harm (I'm not a doctor or authority). However, we do give them at the first sign of any illness and they help knock it out. They don't taste bad, are easy to chew, and haven't made them sick on their stomach.

Our son looks forward to taking this. 25mg for a child is maybe a lot, leery of giving it everyday. I tasted it and it tastes like candy. Can taste a little zinc in it, but barely noticable. Good value.
