I didn't notice immediate results so I would recommend that you faithfully try this by taking it every day until the whole bottle is used up. I was 3/4's of the way through the bottle before I noticed my blood pressure go down. I'm so grateful because I have tried some very expensive supplements that did nothing. Our little rescue Maltese has a severe heart murmur. It's so bad that in May of 2014 our vet gave her only one year to live.
